I had a little baby and I became a dad
the cutest little baby anybody ever had
that little baby became a little boy
then he outgrew all his little baby toys
Everything was fine ‘til he asked me and his mom
 “mommy and daddy, better buy me Pokemon”
It sounded kinda’ cute so we bought the boy a pack
But the way that he reacted,
you’da thought we gave him crack

One little pack turned into 10
each of those ten turned into 10 again
Followed by the TV shows and games
Action figures, and the clothing with the names
Of Charmander, Pikachu, Squirtle, and the rest
Advertising prominently from his little chest
On his back is a Pokemon monkey
our sweet little boy is a pokemon junkie!

But now I just see Pokemon,  everywhere I go
I swear it’s gonna kill me but it’s maybe just as well
Anything to save me from this Pokemon hell Every night I awake and scream
